Saturday Evening Grand Finale

How do you conclude the largest gathering of the hardwood lumber industry in North America?  With a bang, and that’s just what’s in store for attendees to the Saturday Evening Grand Finale when not one but two prime performers take center stage.

The evening features a cocktail reception, silent auction, awards, dinner and entertainment.

This year’s Grand Finale Theme is 60’s/Hippie inspired and appropriate hippie attire is encouraged. Dance the night away in your groovy go-go boots, love beads, flower pants, John Lennon glasses, long hair, rock and roll, peace signs, and headbands.

Chuck Leavell

Mr. Chuck Leavell, one of this year’s keynote speakers will change hats and delight attendees with his musical offerings for the first part of the evening. An accomplished pianists and keyboardist, Chuck has played with the Rolling Stones for more than a quarter of a century as well as The Allman Brothers Brand, Eric Clapton, Aretha Franklin and the Black Crowes.  After finishing the Rolling Stones “A Bigger Bang Tour,” Chuck recorded his newest album “Live in Germany.”  To learn more about Mr. Chuck Leavell visit www.chuckleavell.com.

Night Fever

Following dinner, Night Fever, a modern dance show band will start and keep the party going.  Night Fever styles consist of traditional R&B, Disco, Rock, 80’s Dance, and Modern Top 40. Since the summer of 2003, Night Fever has become one of the Hottest Party Bands in Northern California. The success of Night Fever is due to three front line vocalists, stellar instrumentalists, and energetic crowd participation.
